That grin is contagious. {260/365}: Hanging out at football. She is loving some One Direction these days.

{247/365}: Getting back into the swing of things. We've had about 9 weeks off from baseball but it sure didn't feel like it. It didn't take long before I remembered how much I love baseball. And watching Cam play. (248/365}: Sharing popsicles. Sometimes she really gets on their nerves. And other times, they are so sweet to her. She doesn't know how lucky she's got it. Yet. {249/365}: Good morning. {250/365}: Jack's open house. Bella got to tag along since the others were at baseball practice. She was not shy at all and acted like she owned the place. {251/365}: Dumb ways to die. {252/365}: Our 8U Cannons Poker Tournament turned out better than I expected. I had a lot of fun. And can honestly say I know how to play poker. And I like it. {253/365}: We went to Busch Gardens with friends to surprise Kaleb for his 11th birthday.
{240/365}: Cooked out with the fam. BBQ chicken on the grill. Pool time. Sydney taught Bella how to swim (or at least got her over some of her fear of the water). Did I mention how much she missed all of them???? {241/365}: Last day of summer vacation. {242/365}: First day of school. 2nd grader and 5th grader. {243/365}: Day 2. And still smiling. {244/365}: Bath time & bubble beards. {245/365}: Friday night walkthrough before our first game. {246/365}: First football game. We beat the Steelers 16-8. The boys did great and had a great time.
{233/365}: First official day of vacation. Hurricane winds (not really, but it sure felt like it). Caught this rare moment on camera. Building their little sand city (Jackson called it minecraft). {234/365}: Had such a great time with friends this week. We ended long days at the beach in the hot tub. {235/365}: By the middle of the week, the wind was easing up. Finally able to get in the water without fear of being swept out to sea. {236/365}: Lighthouse at Buxton. Too windy to go to the top so we took a quick photo and dipped out. {237/365}: Thanks to Will for this family photo. We have so few of these. (Trip to Ocracoke). {238/365}: Last day of vacation. Had such a great and memorable trip. Thanks to the stranger at the Sno Cone place that offered to take this for us. {239/365}: She had a good vacation. Home sweet home.
{226/365}: Family time. Cousins in the hammock. {227-365}: New girly jammies. She rocks it. {228/365}: Every night. My den looks like this. {229/365}: Having fun at football practice. {230/365}: Vacation eve eve. Love to watch him sleep. {231/365}: Hanging out. {232/365}: Peace out VA Beach. Hatteras bound. (Bella is actually really excited to go to the "beach house". Don't know what attitude she is pulling here.)
{219/365}: Cooking out with friends. Jackson has started bringing his football every where we go. {220/365}: The boys never did this. {221/365}: I love his hands in this picture. Chubby, baby hands...still. I love the light on his face and hair. I love this little boy. {222/365}: Her new favorite thing to do. Tea party with Elsa. {223/365}: Jackson had injured his ankle earlier in the day and by practice it was bruised and swollen. So he missed his first scrimmage, which he was pretty upset about. {224/365}: Friday night. TMNT. Much needed alone time with the boys. Shared some fast food at the mall and took pictures of ourselves with cross eyes. Went shoe shopping for school. The boys laughed out loud at the movie. Made my heart happy. {225/365}: With a little help from our friends. And a case of beer.

AuthorMy name is Kaci. I am a working mom of 3. Wife to Josh. Mom to Jackson, Cameron & Isabella. My life is dinner, homework, baseball, basketball, grocery lists, laundry, middle school, wine, video games, and schedules. I started this blog because I love taking pictures, and I needed a place to document our life. I wanted a place to write it all down, to remember little details so easily forgotten in the mad rush that is the life of a family of 5. Through my photos and words, I endeavor to capture our story.
